It's your typical small town community. Electricity supply is bloody terrible. Probably the worst thing about the area. The roads are bad too, especially during the rainy season. Water supply is fair, housing costs are relatively cheap compared to other developed areas. Basically, it's a fair place to be if you are old and looking to just retire and chill. But as a young person developing himself and his career, I do not recommend at all.

The Muritala Mohammed Airport made it a really noisy place due to the aeroplanes landing and taking off. The security though looked superb and it's close proximity to very important roadways makes it a business positive location to live.

I was born here, It was noisy, Flooded most times of the year, Unstable electricity, And bad drainage system, it's a slum, The popular face me and face you compound, every one shares toilet and bath room, you buy water from the commercial sellers on the street

Our building had borehole water, Electricity wasn't constant and they are always having transformer issues, And it could stay faulty for months, It's a quiet street and fairly safe, though on one occasion armed men robbed my parents while they were at home.

It’s a business community that has everything you need. Mostly. From fuel stations to marts, gas station to a ferry terminal, gyms to eateries. Electricity supply is fair. Majority of the roads are accessible by car when they are not flooded 😁 The water is clean but some houses might have issues with this. It is also relatively safe. Workers return home even past midnight.

The area is generally safe. There’s active security at the entrance to the community. Electricity wasn’t bad, I believe because it is close to the Alaba market. The compound itself was peaceful. The roads aren’t great but you can always find your way around. It’s predominantly an Igbo community. Do whatever you want with that information 🌚

The water supply is poor; the water is brown and coloured, so you'd need to get water from another building on the other street or filter it yourself using sedimentation. The compound was not always quiet, as children would play, and the house is close to the street, so there was also noise from the neighbours. The street has a drainage on one side of the road and a diversion canal at the end of it, with a wooden bridge connecting it to the other street. Also, noise from generators was a problem.
